Dr. Charles Price has been a Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon at Orlando Health for the majority of his career. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas, completed his orthopedic surgery training at the University of Florida, and pursued additional training in Pediatric Orthopaedics at the Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Atlanta. Dr. Price has authored or co-authored 70 scientific papers, 20 textbook chapters, and three books on topics including bone lengthening, hip problems in children, fracture healing, and various other research topics. Dr. Price received a Distinguished Achievement Award for lifetime contributions to the advancement of pediatric orthopedics from the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America (POSNA) in 2011. For the past nine years, he has been the Director of the International Hip Dysplasia Institute.
