Sarah is the founder of Healthy Hips Australia, an organization that aims to decrease the impact of hip dysplasia on the lives of Australians. By training, Sarah is an occupational therapist and completed a Business Administration degree in conjunction with her occupational therapy degree in 2006. Ms. Twomey currently works as the CEO and Chairperson of Healthy Hips Australia. She has worked across various acute, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation settings in the West Australian Department of Health. She has also sat on the committee of management for the WA Occupational Therapy Association in a marketing role for three years. As a mother of two children with hip dysplasia, Sarah was inspired to use her professional skills to establish and run Healthy Hips Australia
